In one of my VM’s I had to start the NIC manually every time, this is how I made it turn on at boot.You need to navigate to the networks scripts by typing:
Here you will have a file called ifcfg-X where X is the name of your NIC, in my case it’s ifcfg-enp1s0.You can use vi or vim, I prefer using nano as my text editor.So I type:
To enter the file.Look for this line:
Change “no” to “yes“.
Reboot and test it if you like.
